Clinicians/ Therapists/ Counselors

Duties:
Please be local/close to Massachusetts for company events, meetings, and training.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide clinical counseling services to clients.
Implement applied behavior analysis techniques as part of treatment interventions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
Maintain accurate documentation in our EHR system in accordance with ICD-10 standards and organizational policies.
Engage in case management activities, coordinating care with other healthcare providers and community resources.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills.
Bring your quirky, eclectic traits/hobby/skill to LAJC.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
Independently licensed desired - willing to help with credentialing.
Experience working with children and the elderly is highly desirable.
Familiarity with psychopharmacology principles and practices.
Knowledge of clinical counseling techniques and case management strategies.
Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining client confidentiality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

$40.00 - $70.00 per hour (depending on licensure)
