How long is a session?
Individual sessions are typically 30, 45, or 55 minutes long.
What times are you available?
Rebecca Tanguay, LICSW is currently not taking on any new clients. She is working diligently to hire more clinicians to bring on to LAJC to follow our mission!
Our clinicians typically hold appointments during the following days/times.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: In-office and virtual sessions 9am - 6pm
Thursday - Friday : Virtual Sessions Only - 9am-7pm
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: Virtual sessions - 10am - 8pm
Wednesdays: In-office and Virtual sessions- 11am - 7pm

Tuesday–Friday: Virtual sessions - 10 AM–6 PM

Friday bi-weekly- 5 and 6 PM

I have to cancel my appointment. What do I do?
More than 24 hours notice through text, voicemail or email - Reschedule for another day/time.
Less than 24 hours notice - Reschedule for 2 weeks out and a fee may be applied
A pattern of cancellations, late cancellations and/or no-shows - An attendance contract and/or discharge from treatment
Why can’t I find you on social media?
What are the boundaries to our relationship?
We have a therapeutic relationship based on weekly outpatient sessions for 60 minutes.
The other 6 days & 23 hours are on you to practice the work and report back the progress and obstacles faced.
