How to Request an Appointment

Ready to Get Started?

Taking the first step toward support can feel overwhelming. We’re here to make the process as simple as possible.

Whether you’re looking for individual therapy, support for your child or teen, couples counseling, or another service, you can request an appointment through our secure online portal.

Step 1:

Explore Our Services

Take a look at our Services to learn more about the types of counseling and support we offer.

You can also explore our clinician profiles to find a therapist whose experience and approach may be a good fit for you or your family.

Step 2:

Request a Consultation

Once you’re ready, submit a request for a free 15-minute consultation.

During the consultation, you’ll have an opportunity to briefly share what you’re looking for, ask questions, and learn more about whether the clinician may be a good fit.

Step 3:

Complete Your Intake Paperwork

If you decide to move forward, we’ll send you the necessary intake paperwork through our secure client portal.

Please complete the forms before your first appointment so your clinician has the information needed to get started.

Step 4:

Schedule Your First Appointment

Once the intake process is complete, we’ll work with you to schedule your first therapy appointment based on clinician availability and your needs.

We’ll confirm your appointment details and provide any information you need before your first session.

What Happens After I Submit a Request?

After you submit your appointment request:

  • Our administrative team will review your request.

  • We’ll determine the next steps based on your needs and clinician availability.

  • We’ll contact you with available options or additional information.

  • If appropriate, you’ll be scheduled for a consultation or intake appointment.

Please allow some time for our team to respond to your request.
