Ophelia Ravenia, MSW, LCSW

Licensed Clinician

If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling to manage ADHD, or finding it difficult to navigate life's challenges, you're not alone. Therapy can be a place to slow down, gain perspective, and discover practical ways to move forward. Whether you're feeling stuck, experiencing a major life transition, or simply looking for a space where you can be yourself without judgment, I'm here to help.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I work with children, teens, and adults ages 8 and older. I have extensive experience supporting people with ADHD and anxiety, and I'm passionate about providing affirming care for LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals. My goal is to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where you feel seen, respected, and understood exactly as you are.

I believe therapy should be tailored to each person's unique needs. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic therapy, mindfulness, and expressive arts. Together, we'll build on your strengths, explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop skills that support lasting growth and resilience. Whether you're looking for concrete strategies to manage daily stress or a deeper understanding of yourself, we'll work at a pace that feels right for you.

I offer in-person therapy in my Taunton, Massachusetts office for clients ages 8 and up, as well as telehealth appointments for clients ages 15 and older throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. If you're looking for a warm, supportive space where you can explore challenges, celebrate progress, and work toward meaningful change, I'd be honored to be part of your journey.
