Therapists hold a lot of complexity all day.

Staying present, thoughtful, and regulated while carrying stories that linger.

This is the hour where you get to exhale, think out loud, and set the weight down.

𝐎𝐟𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤 is a monthly clinical consultation and supervision group for therapists seeking real conversation about real work. A grounded space to come as you are, bring the cases that stick with you, ask the hard questions, and reconnect with your clinical instincts.

Virtually coming to you from LAJC’s Taunton, MA office. Rebecca is back at it and better than ever—so IYKYK, and if you don’t, you sure will find out soon. Expect a supervision group that is raw, bold, and authentic, full of organized chaos with a method to her madness.

Use your voice. Trust your mind. Take up space.

This group is designed for those ready to build confidence, defiance, and self-trust through insight, dialogue, and action. This is healing that doesn’t ask you to soften.

We focus on strengthening voice, sharpening self-belief, and dismantling the internalized silence that keeps us doubting, shrinking, or deferring—because silence was never the solution.

Through structured discussion, reflection, and skill-building, participants will learn to speak clearly, think critically, set boundaries without apology, and use intelligence as a power source.

This group is clinically informed, direct, and unapologetically focused on self-growth.

Led by Rebecca Tanguay, LICSW

We are currently gathering interest for upcoming sessions.

This group is designed to help adults with ADHD stay focused while cleaning and organizing. Each session will focus on a different room, include a "show and tell" of what you find, and share tips and tricks that actually work.

Fill out this form so we can create sessions that support your goals and make cleaning a little easier (and fun!).
