My mission is to inspire hope, promote healing, and empower individuals to recognize their strengths, overcome adversity, and build fulfilling lives while fostering meaningful connections within their communities.
My background as a coach and therapist has enhanced my capacity to assist adolescents, student-athletes, and high achievers in overcoming performance-related, social, emotional, and academic demands. In addition to standing up for my clients and assisting them in reaching their objectives both inside and outside of treatment, I work to promote self-awareness, confidence, and personal development.

My Journey
My personal experiences have been a major influence on my path into social work and therapy. As an athlete and dancer growing up, I had to deal with trauma, emotional issues, and performance pressure. I also frequently felt that I had little support systems and had to deal with challenging situations on my own. Those encounters gave me a firsthand understanding of how lonely it may be when someone is having difficulties and is unsure of where to seek assistance. As I became older, I saw how important mentorship, supportive relationships, and mental health resources can be to someone's recovery and development.
As I became older, I saw how important mentorship, supportive relationships, and mental health resources can be to someone's recovery and development. These encounters motivated me to seek a profession that would allow me to offer the safety, support, and direction that I frequently wished I had during my own path. My enthusiasm for making others feel seen, heard, and empowered is what motivates me to work as a therapist, social worker, and coach today. I work to assist people, especially young adults, athletes, and adolescents, in developing good coping mechanisms, strengthening their resilience, and realizing that they are not alone in overcoming obstacles in life.
Who I help
I help people children, adolescents, young adults, and families— who are struggling emotionally, behavioral, academic, and life challenges, or developmentally feel supported, build resilience, and develop the tools they need to succeed in school, relationships, sports, and life.
My work also supports athletes and high-performing individuals who may be dealing with pressure, stress, performance anxiety, or balancing multiple responsibilities.
My Approach to Therapy
My approach is primarily rooted in CBT and trauma-informed care, while also integrating strengths-based and client-centered techniques. I tailor interventions to each client’s developmental level and needs. For example, with children, I often incorporate play-based or experiential strategies, while with adolescents and adults I focus more on cognitive restructuring, emotional regulation, and skill-building.
